Firm Energy for the Reliability Charge



To be able to participate in the auctions for the allocation of the OEF, it is necessary for the generator or investor to report to the CREG the parameters supporting its posterior declaration of ENFICC to enable the CND to verify the declaration.

Although there are various approaches to calculate firm energy, the CREG has established a methodology for each type of generation technology.
