Firm Energy for the Reliability Charge
Declaration of Parameters



Before the Declaration of ENFICC, every owner or commercial representative of a generation plant or unit interested on receving the assignment of an OEF backed with this generation asset should report to the CREG the parameters that support its Declaration of ENFICC. The Declarations of Parameters and ENFICC take place just once, and can be modified only with appropriate justification.

The legal representative of the generation assets should submit to the CREG a letter including the following forms with the Declaration of Parameters.
